Yup... sometimes it's not worth the labor to mess with a warranty....

I must need a longer cheater bar. I’ve only broken 2 HF adapters.

come too think of it, my sears 1/2" cheater cracked off on one side supporting the bit.. Can't remember if they warrantied it, but I have another craftsman in the toolbox..
