Installed the oil catch can that arrived from Amazon: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07ZCSZR2R?ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details&th=1

I had some steel pot scrubbers laying around, so I added that per someone's advice in a different thread.

It went in fine, but I'm not a fan of the flimsy mounting bracket. It's all in there for now, but I feel like I need to drill/tap the lid to add a third mounting screw. It's just a crappy method. Anyways, I hope this helps me ignore my leaking radiator, and put off buying a new one for a bit.

Per Rock Auto there's two there, and I'm not sure which one is for my car. It's got a 6sp with the K5L towing/cooling package.
That means you got the good fans. Nice

I am running the same can and I did add another screw. It works good. Mostly water this time if year. 82AAF1E3-B170-435C-95D8-7290DAE8D4CA.jpeg09C655EE-E547-4BB8-8AD2-E54B0914E19F.jpeg

Can you add some context? This is my 1st General Motors Corporation vehicle, and I don't have experience with anything else to compare.
K5L is the top end cooling system that includes 700w fan motors instead of the usual 500w, which makes it better for pulling a heavy trailer in hot weather, etc. Not all towing packages come with the K5L. For example, my 2012 XL Denali has the trailering package so it has the integrated brake controller and both engine oil and transmission fluid coolers, but it doesn't have the K5L package so it didn't come with the 700w fans.
