ahh seeping around the water pump bolt?
...
of course it's 90deg at night here right now. so working in the garage isn't something I want to do anyways.
exact-a-mundo. Hoping that's the only leak..

Took my time cleaning a few parts, but it took me like 5 hours and I was beat!
struggling with the heater T's (never did pull the hoses off the T's, removed them attached)..
going to oreilly's to buy a line disconnect tool that doesn't work worth a damn.. only had to use a pick to remove the trans line clips.
Finally got my thermostat today, saved $30+ from rockauto vs dealer, so far so good..

90 at night, your in for workout!
Maybe break it up into two sessions if ya can. Good luck on yours!

Someone please explain the logic behind selling a new vehicle without an oil filler tube. Logic other than saving $3.18 per Yukon/Tahoe they sell, even more so on a Denali/Esky.

I just change the oil on my 2020 Denali for the first time since it had been under warranty and the stealership had been doing them. And since they also cut corners by not installing an under mounted light on the all aluminum hood, there’s not really a good spot to stick a magnetic light. Time to break out the big one and my neck lamp.

Absolutely ridiculous, considering the they are charging for them. I like my 2011 much better for the simple touches they didn’t forget about or scratch off for their profit list.

I had hopes you just pinched the tabs on the quick connects, twist and pull? connector comes off and leaves the tabs part? at least that's what it looked like checking out the new ends.

but yes, I'm in no hurry. waiting till have a have a full 3 weekend to mess with it and only working at night, cause ugh haha. funny I grew up in Florida without ac till late in high school and I don't remembered it feeling like this crap. it's either just nicer more tropical down there or I'm getting old as hell haha.

I have a upgrade to do to the hybrid battery pack too, gotta pull all the cells and replace some balance boards in each on. that's another full weekend to set aside. I work much slower at home than at work.

but new parts are stacking up.. I need to get unlazy.

In theory.. somehow it seemed like the hose tabs didn't flex the inner tab enough.. perhaps my technique was off. Tried pushing in, perhaps I didn't twist..

Then reaching the tabs on the T's by firewall.. I'm glad I don't have big hands. You need a mattress to put on the engine so you can be comfortable!

Yikes!! Doesn't the tank hold like 26 gallons? You were running on fumes, haha
I think it is either 28 or 30, not 100% sure but we were leaving the tractor pulls last night and about to get on the freeway and happened to notice a big yellow light lol
I normally stop at about a $100 or less and really never let it get that low but we are driving 8 hours today to go get fireworks so had to fill it up one way or another.
