Just to clarify, mine rubbing bad as a comment is extreme. I don't like ANYTHING to not feel like it should. It is only one spot in the turn radius where they do now. That will be rectified this week.

I'd have a hard time not doing the 305's. The way that the 295's fit on the wheels doesn't look right to me....and I need the traction :party52:

I'm surprised you say the 295's look funny to you. The other Esky besides yours in my "Wheel Choice" thread with the CK375's on it has the 295/35/24's on it and I think they look just as good as your 305's. I'm just assuming by the dimensions of each tire that I'd have little to no rubbing with the 295's over the 305's. Or at least less rubbing because they would both rub somewhat, I think.

The 305's look funny to me as well. I think the wheels really want a 315. It isn't from the side that bugs me but from the top.

ie, this looks like complete crap

IMO even the 305's aren't quite wide enough for the wheels but you can't go any bigger.

Trimming the rear fixed that completely. The front I haven't done and it barely rubs by most peoples definition. That will be resolved as soon as I can get her on a lift.

I'd also add that the truck would look better to me if they came out further in the rear. A spacer could do that but so would more rubber. Taking any more away would just make that worse.

Okay, now I see what you're saying. You don't like the look of a stretched tire and think the 305's and especially the 295's look kinda stretched on the 24x10 rims. I agree, I like a tire that's about even with the face of the rim, like my 305/40/22's are on my current 22" CK375's. The tires look like they were made for the rim because they're not stretched at all, just completely flush.

And I agree about the rear tires sticking in. That's why Jacob, member 07Burb runs thin spacers on the rear of his Suburban, to bring the wheels out more flush with the wells.

After looking at some more pics of Serge's old Esky, I think the 295/35/24's look fine on the 24x10 wheels. They really don't appear to be stretched at all, IMO. They seem pretty flush with the face of the wheel. Here's a couple pics for reference. Zoom in and tell me if they look more stretched than your 305's do.

Splitting hairs. It is just my opinion, I'd still like a bit more.

At the same time the more tread on the ground the better says the Whipple under the hood.

Any idea where Jacob got his spacers?

Bought them off Serge who ran them on his Esky for a short period of time

That's right. I keep forgetting that you're boosted. How's it hook with your current 305's?

Any pics of them, Burb? How wide are they?

5/8"....I've not taken pics of them yet. Serge may have some in some of his past threads, though. I'll have to do some digging and see if I can track them down. Probably in his esky thread.

I'd like to see them. Are they the ones that just slide over the existing studs or do they bolt onto the factory studs and then provide new studs that are pressed into the spacers themselves? Like the billet Ford to GM bolt pattern adapters...

I figured, but 5/8" spacers are pretty thick. I guess they still leave enough of the stud length exposed to safely bolt the wheels up. I thought about buying some 1/2" spacers for the rear of my truck awhile ago, but never ordered them. I bet your rear wheels look great sitting more flush with the wheel wells/rear quarters.
