I looked at the video you posted and he sure made it look easy. That sucks it didn’t work. I wonder how many others had the same issue as you did. I sure hope they don’t give you any crap about returning it.

It should have worked but the allowable tolerance is off or the housing has some kind of wear that makes it stick, probably would have to replace the housing and the cylinder at the same time maybe. The old cylinder was only a tiny bit sticky with my original key which is worn the new key and little bit of grease seems to be working fineI looked at the video you posted and he sure made it look easy. That clamp can come off and be re-used! Just stretch out the clamp tab a little with a mini screwdriver and it will pop apart with some massaging.
I used a mini end cutting pliers like this one to tighten it back up.

Factory clamp was cut out and this replaced it so the y pipe can still removed if neededLooks good. Hope that flexpipe stays sealed for years and years.
Did they just weld the factory Walker clamp to the exhaust pipe, to the right of the v-band? That's kind of ingenious.
