A forced solution is not a bad option, but sucks to have to deal with those broken bolts.

I just ready your tune thread and now my mind is waffling.

Black Bear for the NBS Tahoe or the Range Device for the NNBS Suburban?

Loving both upgrades. Makes the Tahoe so much more fun to drive. The 1-2 shift point is tight and she goes well when I stomp on it. The Suburban has no stutter or slip as it stays in V8 mode 100% of the time. I may end up getting Black Bear to tune the NNBS, but for the time being, the Range is doing what I need it to do by deactivating the AFM.

The BB tune. Didn't read the whole thread because lazy. Only mechanical upgrades I have are the muffler, intake tube and filter and it sounded like you had something similar at the time of your tune. Reading your comments make me want to go to the tune first but those broken manifold bolts won't be able to be ignored. Decisions, decisions.

NBS Tahoe has a Flowmaster 50 muffler and a K&N CAI and filter. That is it. I did have two O2 sensors replaced to clear the CEL just before I did the in-person tune. The rest was running as it was supposed to and even now that I have 24s, I contacted them again about adjusting further as I originally had 20s. They said the difference was negligible.

I even thought about changing out the muffler and no need to retune either. I am happy with what Justin did. I do not get good MPGs in town, but I drive a bit spirited at times, even though I try to drive conservative, but I enjoy the truck and the sound is great music to my ears.

I am sure that doesn't help much more either. :)
Referring to my previous statement, I may end up buying the AutoCal and have 2 licenses to be able to tune both trucks. Options....

Just got around to changing my muffler bearings. This weekend I'll tackle my turn signal fluid.

That muffler bearing looks fine. You should have replaced the muffler! Lmao.
