"The strangest thing happened today. I was parked at the supermarket and when I came out, someone stole all the letters off of the Tahoe."

How's that guys?

Nah. Removing all the letters is too intentional. Remove the "T" and "A", but leave the adhesive. Maybe have the "H" sagging/crooked as if it's about to come off next (due to the heat, remember?). Let her notice it says "HOE" on the door. She'll DEMAND that you debadge it.

In past couple of months I've noticed the wife's Tahoe has been running at about 230 degrees every now and then. Most of the time when the fan kicks on, it comes back to 210.

Yesterday she was running her errands and texted me that now she got the "Engine hot, AC turned off" message. But of course, it's almost summer and all that...

Changed the thermostat today and took it for a 60 mile spin and all's good again. No movement past 210 anymore.

Next in line: that damn fuel tank pressure sensor...

Got something else to haul around. a used redcat xte (left black one) electric 1/5 scale. Got a good deal and came with extra lipo batteries.

Hopefully I can play around with that and fire up the MT 32cc 2 stroke later o this week.

I also need to build a wall stand for the trucks and a charging station.

Also, ordered a M18 Mid Torque cordless impact. I've been doing some research and it seems like it is just as powerful and smaller than any other out there. It should tackle anything on the Yukon I would think, including hub bolts since it has "600ft lbs of nut busting torque". I think imma go to the jy and take some shit apart for the hell of it.

Also also, I need to order brakes. Leaning towards the Power Stop Black slotted. Might order those today. I don't think imma do slotted and drilled this time.

Nah, it isn't. I learned that real quick. As long as you don't break stuff, its not terribly bad. The MT is so big, its easy to work on, but the stuff I break (driveshaft mostly) you have to take the entire front or rear half apart. The Everest 10 ( 1/10 crawler middle) is fun, but can get costly upgrading.
