Need some help here guys. Front passenger side sway bar bushing is split and I need to swap it. As usual all my bolts are rusty and my impact is weak, don't want to snap it off and I've sprayed it for three days with PBB and still nothing. Gonna try a getting a torch to the nut on the backside of the frame bracket in the next few days.

All that said, anybody conquered this problem before and want to give some tips?

if one breaks not a big deal drill and tap in a new one, there's nothing critical right there to interfere

You can try a 50/50 mix of ATF fluid and acetone. Let that soak for a bit,and give it a try.

This happened to me an only heat worked. I broke 3 of 4 and had to torch out the last one. Don't us a impact use a breaker bar to where I made a hole in the frame by accident and had to use a nut to hold the bolt afterward. You will feel the bolt give, watch it cause they stretch easily. Once you have it moving then you can use the impact.
