has your oil pressure always been at 55? does it stay there or does it walk around up/down? do you have a external oil cooler?

That was what probably rusted the bolt, or those West Virginia winters where the truck was from!

Looks like overcooked fettuccine pasta. Mine doesn't look like that. You must be twisting that engine.

lol, you would think but I monitored the oil temp all day and it's normal about 215deg, the tube gets pretty close to the manifold at one point so I may try to bend it a hair or make some kind of heat shield to put on it.
