If you have anc you will have 2 grills above the driver in the headliner, another on the passenger front side and one more in the back above the right passenger, the bt mic is the left grill slot right above the sunroof buttons

Thank you for the clarification! The climate control monitor thing has a laptop fan in it and the bearings are completely gone and it rattles real bad. I popped the grill off and threw it farther up in the headliner so I can't hear it as much. Then I put the grill back on. About 5 pounds of dust fell out. Almost as dusty as one of the worst laptops I've ever worked on. Hate that.

I don't seem to have any issues. I've never used the automatic mode.

It detects the road noise frequency and plays a frequency through whatever speaker it uses that matches the drone, but in time with it to cancel the sound out.

anc was only on higher trim levels like the escalade, denali and ltz as far as I know, I am not sure what year they added it.

Bose AudioPilot was introduced in 2009 standard and only available with Denali trim (Bose Centerpoint System) and is mentioned in every GMC Yukon brochure/catalog (2009-2014) for this platform. Active Noise Cancellation is only mentioned in the 2010 brochure/catalog and it is associated with the 6.2 L94 engine.
