IMO, that's one of the points of declads- cool but cheap! I planned to paint mine black, but scored a deal on some 22s. Have plans for some center caps?

Just going to get some 3.25" Ebay specials and paint them in the same color.

I'm still in about $200/ea, I did the painting and chrome removal myself but took them to a repair shop after I got all the foam off to have them acid dipped, sand blasted, and lips machined to get rid of all the damage (last picture, bare metal before primer). But yeah, try finding a great looking 6 spoke wheel in a decent offset that's under $200. I don't like my factory Denali wheels and I'm certainly not daily driving on $1,500 worth of Mickey Thompsons haha so this was just a cool project to get some decent looking wheels to throw some regular street tires on.

I washed mine in the car wash and was very disappointed by the outcome. The rinse water was dirty and left terrible spots. It ended up causing it to rain today so after I took the wife on a short shopping trip in the rain I wiped it down in the garage. Much better. I really want to wax it but it is going to the body shop in a couple weeks and needs a bunch of touchup. I picked up a can of engine cleaner and washed it down under the hood. Much better!
