Do you run the Trico Force in any cold/freezing weather? Their old blades didn’t stand up to the older Bosch blades when it came time for snow & ice, but I haven’t used the ones you mentioned. The trico on my rear window works flawless, especially if you use 303 on the rubber whenever you clean or detail your ride. That stuff is magic.
it only freezes here once or twice a year, didn't notice any issue off hand, they seemed to work fine when I took up in the mountains during a snowstorm but mostly it's just rain around here if anything. they come with a graphite coating I wiped most of it off during install

Has anyone ever seen an SUV or pickup like ours running 34 x 10.50 x 17 tires? They actually measure out to 33.5" I'm told and know of only 1 vehicle that had them and he had some unusual mods that preclude an apples to apples comparison.

Oil change at 163,300 miles mobil 1 5-30 and a wix longer filter with no bypass in it. Presuure is definitely up 5 psi. No long drive yet to test the psi after really heating the oil up. I was at 45% but i am short cycling since miles are high. Last trip from northern mich and mpg was 16 with an avg cruisr at 80 mph. Found a station in Wolverine Michigan selling premium at 3.64 a gallon. Most stations were over four bucks a gallon for premium. I got the range plugged in also. The Madison Heights Costco has premium at 3.12 a gallon, the Costco in Bloomfield is at 3.59 a gallon. That’s the price of living in a pricer area.

Don't miss the quakes. We were living in SF in the Marina when the Loma Prieta quake hit. Earthquakes are kinda fun, until somebody gets hurt. ;)

Topped the hoe off with premium, finally got it down to 1/4 of a tank.
I finally hit the 200 mile mark, drained out the break-in oil, put fresh vr1 10w30 conventional back in.
Metal in the filter is reducing as the engine breaks in. :waytogo:

I did a little bit of a flush with some mobile 1 i had laying around before the fill.
Got some more break-in metal to come out.
Plan is about 500 to 1000 miles with this stuff before i go to synthetic, but with a few filter changes in between..
