Installed a new coolant expansion tank. Took about 2 hours from the time I posted about it in the "Engine & Drivetrain" sub-forum to completion. Luckily, as the internet told me, this is a common failure, so AutoZone had plenty to sell me. Honestly one of the easier fixes I've done in the snow on a 31 degree day.

As I'm planning my next adventure of "while I'm in there"
I'm going to replace my transmission cooler lines with 1/2in (-8AN) to ensure i don't wipe out another thrust bearing.

Since I'll have the radiator out, I'm going to replace it with a cold case.
For those that have one, do you have any idea what the transmission cooler line fittings are threaded to?
I don't see it posted at summit racing or on their website.

What did that run you? I’m thinking about a preemptive strike.

I decided to go with the mishimoto instead of the cold case, but while you're yanking em all out, upgrade your oil, tranny, and power steering coolers, hoses, etc

but that's for the OEM hard lines that plug into the little adapter, right?
From what it came with the little adapters but the radiator itself is threaded for the inverted flare adapter.

I figured it out at one point...forgot now though. Maybe tomorrow I can pull a fitting and check.
