What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Removed the tiny screen below the oil pressure sender. In the two months I've owned it I've never gotten a low oil pressure notice or any codes, but pressure was showing below 20 at idle and not even quite 30 at speed. Definitely a challenge getting the sender out with just removing the two vacuum tubes that are nearby, but it was worth it. I didn't drive it after the mod, just started it and let it run for a few minutes, but gauge showed almost 40 afterwards. I'll drive it tomorrow to see what it shows at warm idle and at speed.

As to the value of the screen (I didn't replace it, just left it out) everything I've seen shows it was to protect the DOD stuff. Mine has DOD delete so I figured I was fine removing it.

I left mine out in my 2012 after the afm delete. 20k miles later and no problems.

So units without DoD wont have the screen?
