Well, summit thankfully returned and exchanged my ugly BBK headers with some Holly flowtech headers without issue, just took some time and a little added cost.

I should have put my calipers on the ID of those BBK primary is because they're advertised as 1.75, but the way those welds were, it was probably closer to 1.5 or smaller.

The flowtechs advertise 1-5/8, and on the flange, they are exactly that, but it does neck down immediately after to a 1.5 inch tube.

However, these welds were much cleaner and precise, and the flanges were clearly sanded flat after being fabricated, and these are for GMT 900s because they don't have any extra ports on them.
The ceramic coating is a bit different than the bbks, but still looks good.

Got my Holly flowtech headers (these actually came with C.A.R.B. E.O. stickers like most other carb legal parts.
All of the welds in transitions between tubes and flanges and whatnot are very smooth as to be expected.

What are your rotors? Power stop?
Baer eradispeed, bought these front ones (used) about 4-5 years ago off another member for I think $300 (half-price), then 3 years ago I bought the rears off of amazon for $645, price has gone up about $100 since then, they last a long time I have had the front ones turned twice and it doesn't even show but since they are so pricey I told the guy just take a hair off

had a little hamster wheel sound, before we took our little road trip last month I had bent one of the tabs back because it was close but was still some pad left, that tab started to touch again so just swapped out the pads for free with autozone and bought new clips for $10 the ones that come with the pads suck, the ones they sell for $10.49 work decent.

Be careful torquing them. Ti can shear more easily than SS.

I'll look up a tq spec. I know nothing about ti stuff. but I know stainless is pretty soft.

mess around and just reuse my Dorman studs. haha.
