I used to swim in the ocean in So Cal all the time growing up.
It is cold at first but you quickly adapt to it and can stay in for hours.
One of the first things you learn there is how to get out of the rip currents because they are nasty in So Cal.
It is very easy to get in the water and before you know it, you're 100 yards down the beach just from swimming out of the currents.

Yup... I did go in the water..... It did take a while to get used to it, but as you say, ..it's then , alright....
But, as a kid, surfing was not going to be my hobby ! Due to the incredible roads in that area, my hobby became motorcycles !!

I've ridden bikes since I was in my early teens.
One if my uncle's had dirt bikes and lived in the desert so we'd go out there and ride quite a bit.
As I got older I bought my own street and dirt bikes.
I still have a 1989 Honda NT 650 that I bought new.

changed passenger side hub bearing.. weirdest thing ever. I can not feel anything wrong with the bearing even after it's out in hand but new bearing fixed everything. smooth as glass again. got rid of the weird almost blower motor sound that kicked in right at 40mph.

I honestly wouldn't have believed it if it wasn't for the mechanics ears. little pricey but definitely saved me the headache of worrying about what it was. or having to wait till it was falling off to find the problem. good excuse to buy a tool haha.

Did you have to add hub spacers to fit those ? I added some from Little Shop on my SFBD 08 Silverado when I did my Wilwoods but I’m running Intro wheels with way different offset from what you have. Hard to tell but it looks like you’re pretty damn close to the fender lip. I like being able to drive around town when I’m skating and still be able to take most corners. IMG_0112.png

Molding.jpgStarted the process of removing the Door Molding till my faithful rubber wheel decided it had enough. Also just a note to everyone. Wear Gloves if you dont get it all in one go. That crap is sharp lol.

I used this same kit. The rear axels had to be removed, now the caliper is on the back side. I can skate, the watt keeps the rear end centered
