A 2013 Denali XL hit the yard a few days ago went to look and some yahoo had sliced the seats with a razor and spray painted half of it so got the power fold mirror motors and left, figured I might grab a few more things today before it's stripped to bones, hardest part was the bose amp you have to pull both front seats, then the console then split the console open what a pain but now I have a spare amp, spare suspension control module, and spare lift gate system w/module $132

Suspension control module was a pain tool it's bolted in from the top with a 10mm on one side and a13mm on.the other then it has to be moved out of the slots and getting the harness off was fun the clips were so brittle it basically broke apart, hopefully it will sit on the shelf for a long time lol

Funny thing my key worked in it, I thought I was going to have to break the spare lock off but tried my key and it worked, so I went and tried the ignition after a couple wiggles it worked as well I guess the code was close enough

driving tonight and got to wondering. 2 of my gm cars have the auto dimming rear view and driver side mirror. for some reason gm never does the passenger side mirror. makes the whole system kinda worthless as the headlights just blind you from the right side haha. got me wondering if you could get a right hand drive mirror from some country, use the glass from it and wire it into whatever circuit controls all that.

anyone know if the made a right hand drive gmt900 of some sort?

you could run the dimming wires from the left over to the right, it's low voltage, do not do like me and try to apply 12volts lol, you will ruin the mirror instantly. I was experimenting and failed miserably I think that glass cost me like $80. It was a left mirror I am not sure where you could source a right glass with dimming maybe ebay uk or something.

I was noticing that on my drive from Calif to WY.
Never really noticed it until this last trip.
I figured the PO just had the right mirror replaced at some point and did not have the correct mirror installed.
It does have the blind spot detection and turn signal indicator but I figured it wasn't 100 percent correct.
Does make one wonder why the right hand mirror is not auto dimming.

right side was never an option for some reason. it's not as bad in the yukon because it taller but my c6 it's constantly annoying because everyone's headlights are taller than it, so you're below everyones cut off.
