I am looking to regear to in effect "see" it as a stock tire diameter but with the change to a 3.73. So to make it look like stock to the drivetrain the new gear would be 3.73. To set it up as if it was stocked with a 3.73 I would need to go to 3.91. Right now it has lt265/70/17 in the rear with the stock 3.42 gears and this is how a did on a unofficial
run with the mods I have now but also a major glitch in the pcm causing a power drop off. Could always do the tires first just to document the data from the switch. Which part comes first I have not decided. Suspension has to be fixed first preferably, still need two more 17" wheels to replace the old front 16". Also I have to re-gear the front and back axles if I intend on 4wd use. And then re-adjust pcm for the gear and tire size changes. I would likely buy a enclosed trailer first so I can stock pile the tires and wheels. then get the efilive software in hand and finally gear stuff. Once I have it all swap it all at once.
