Flushed transfer case. I've been doing an hour or two a day on the truck in the evenings for the last couple weeks. I was just wasting that time anyway and thought I'd put it to better use. I could use a couple hours a day at the gym, but if I'm going to be moving metal around it's going to be for something useful.

Yesterday. Washed down literally everything and everywhere, under the hood, under the truck, every crevice, to get all the dust off from setting off my ABS/brake saga.
Gave it a good wash. Had some very convincing looking scratches in a few places that bummed me out for a bit. But then they easily polished off and I'm thinking must have been sap from the bushes. Gave the body a quick wax. I was supposed to polish and wax the roof but got sidetracked with cleaning up the 3rd brake light, the scuffs on the mirrors and the rear plastic trim and didn't. Trying to make the old girl look as good as she can.

Seems like I'm the only one in this section.

I haven't really touched mine. It's 110 on a good day. Work has been crazy, I just finished my Master's degree and my kid closes on his first house on the 31st so there has been a lot of packing and stuff going on around here. I'm not even going to say anything about mine because she'll break. Let's just say I've been fortunate.

New KYB gas a just shocks in front. Sway bar bushings and links. Oil change. Removed original bump stops in the front and installed s10 zq8 bump stops which are progressive. Noticable difference! The bump stops were replaced about a week ahead of the shocks and I could really tell the difference in ride with those.

Blew a tire so 2 new tires as the spare turned out to be original date coded in 94 with the nubs still on it. SUrprised that the spare tire winch worked... Greased up the cable for the winch.

Must have forgotten about this one. Installed the white 10 blade fan (it had a black metal 5 blade fan previously). No longer sounds like a jet taking off. Maybe slightly less drag on the engine? Or the clutch locks up less since it moves more air. A/c seems to be a bit better at idle.

Was a PITA getting the nuts on the 4 studs. There is much less room behind this thing.

heres hoping this keeps me from dropping unnecessary $ on an electric fan setup on this thing atleast for awhile.

This thing stays plenty cool with a fresh waterpump and new 34" dual pass rad from the HD trucks.
