what do you all recomend

hi all ive only had my 05 yukon for a couple months now. and its the wifes rig and kid hauler so i want it taken care of. it does have 185k miles on it but still seems to run perfect. engine idles smooth. i dont hear any ticking or piston slap. just went on a 3000 mile round trip. and no issues whatsoever. i changed oil right when i got it and then right after trip, so only about 4k miles on oil and it still golden color and full to top of hash marks....

anyway i want to do a full tune up on it, and whatever else you experts might recomend.

questions

what all should i do or replace
any specific brand should i use
etc..

If you can bear the expense, I'd do the full service interval out lined in your owner manual. I used the GM factory fluids except for engine oil and diffs. For those two I use Mobil 1 synthetic. Regardless which oil you use, make sure it meets the GM specs. I don't remember the code. Just because an oil weight matches the manufacturers specs doesn't mean that it's appropriate four your truck.
