bought a body lift for my 2dr tahoe a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday i went to look at some new tires and was offered a smokin deal that was impossible to pass up..
4 BRAND NEW BFG ATS 35*12.5*17 for 155.00 plus tax.. They still have the nipples on them.. Turns out that some farmer had ordered them the wrong size. He had 16s and ordered 17s. So he ordered a new set and Tiger has had them for almost 3 months now, and needed to make some money off the tires.. When the sales rep told me about the deal there was nothing else to do besides jump on them.
Now my only issue is the fitment on my hoe. I only have a 3" bl and i think that my stock keys have been cranked on a little by the previous owner. I have looked into keys and blocks, and spring spacer and helper springs. But im not sure what the better combination is. Plus im still trying to save a little money on the project as well..
Any advise?:peace:

I'd say throw on some 2 inch blocks and crank your bars. They might fit with some trimming but I really couldn't say for sure. I've got a 3 inch BL and did the blocks and crank last weekend, now my wheel wells are lookin' kinda hungry. But ya know, with 35's you're gonna want new gears.

they will fit with the blocks and the crank. It may feel a little sluggish with out a gear swap tough, gas milage will go down also
