I am swapping an LS motor in my 99 tahoe now, and I used a 2010 PS pump which doesn't have the electrical connector. I'm guessing this is part of the variable speed steering; what happens if I never hook this up? I will likely be going hydraboost in a while anyway, if that matters, but not for several months in any case. TIA!
