What happens when someone park in your spot

Nah, this is private parking with gate. Most of drives know me, this is maybe some new guy who thought he can park anywhere he wants
I was thinkin should i call towing and have them remove it, but i was on the road for some time and i wanted to go home and see my family so i rushed process little bit
