What is the size demionsions of a under seat amp rack?

If you did a "V" formation with the amps they might fit. Or maybe both at the same angle and overlapping a little bit, "//".

mines about 48 1/2 inches by 16 1/4 inches.

ok thanks well I cut one 54 inches long and 10.5 inches wide, I think it will fit well hopefully it will defenatly hang over the sides probally at the ends, but as long as it will fit under the seat thanks
