What kind of exhaust?

I want to get an exhaust system or muffler for my 08 tahoe. What kind of exhaust systems do you guys have? How much did they cost? Your opinions are appreciated.

This is just buying a muffler? I would probably want a magnaflow. How much does this usually cost installed?

Several people here on TYF have the SLP Tip (w/ resonator delete) + Magnaflow 12589 setup. I personally have only the SLP tips, which will improve your exhaust note drastically (IMO).

Another good point about the SLP tips, is that they provide a significant change (for the better, IMO) in exhaust note, without a huge price tag. You can buy the Tips for about $116.96, I will include the link below.

I scored a Z06 exhaust tip for mine for free, looks similar to the slp. i have the (bootleg) flowmaster, the one they said is the same thing since someone bought there patent. Sounds great at idle and cruising, dont really like the WOT sound (not aggresive enough).

By just muffler. Thats what i have, i have mine dumped before the rear axle. By chance you in SoCal? i have a hook up when it comes to exhaust.
