So, here are the things you get on the Denali that are not on the HC, and are not super obvious:
- Fog lights
- Front side windows are laminated (quieter)
- 3 years of connected services are included (vs 1 month on Chevy; at $25/month, that’s $1200)
- Unique and upgraded rough grain leather on both front and 2nd row seats. (2nd row of Chevy is fake leather, and only center perforated part of first row is leather)
- The unique interior you already mentioned which includes real wood, extra soft touch materials on the doors, center console, and dash, real textured Aluminum accents vs plasticized chrome, and more color combos including 2 tone in the black option
- Full led lighting including tail lights.
- Available electronic limited slip rear diff vs the mechanical option on Chevy (but you have to buy the Air Suspension to get this)
- 14 Speaker sound system vs 12 (rear doors are 2 way in Denali)
Those are the less obvious differences. (I answered the opposite of your question…but those were part why I went w/ Denali over HC. My main reason for going Denali was I wanted Satin Steel exterior and not a black interior…and Mocha w/ Satin Steel was a no go for me. And the HC standard wheels were not to my liking, and I could tolerate the standard Denali 22’s; meaning to be happy I would need to choose one of the optional wheels on the Chevy, at which point it was the same $$ as a Denali)
