I just picked up my truck a week ago today and I am wondering what maintenance I should run through with my 07 denali... So far I've noticed a couple things that I think may need attention

- I hear squeek noise going over bumps on the road comes from the front left..Previous owner just got new shocks installed

- I haven't heard an air ride compressor at all...how do I check to see if my air ride is properly functioning or not?

- Check engine light is on, previous owner mentioned that the shop said it was because of a dirty MAF sensor..

What else should I check?

Awesome! they can be crazy expensive.

Just do typical stuff.
Fluids.
Plugs.
Diff's.
Transfer case.
Lube up steering imtermidiate shaft.
All grease zerks.

Repaint underbody and suspension.

Start modding.

Well thank the lord for that!

Id go ahead and have the wheel bearings, ball joints etc checked out on the front. Get some MAF cleaner and make SURE that is what is throwing the codes. Full fluid and filters change, ALL of them... Maybe a bit of overkill, but Im a bit paranoid. Monitor your oil level, especially if you have AFM.

Tx & ez pretty much covered everything.

I don't consider any preventative maintenance over kill, especially if you plan on having it for a while.

I'd most certainly get that code read before assuming its the MAF.

Good luck
