paint your bumpers/grille/mirrors all green, get some rims, you can raise it an inch or 2 for cheap, tint windows, clear corners, smoke the tails, debadge it, get front lower valance! all very cheap mods that will make it look soooo much better..

But whats your price range anyways? i remember before you wouldnt buy rims for like 400 bucks.. what kind of money are we tlaking about here?

I say remove moldings, remove roof rack, debadge, remove wheel well trim, those are all free. Then clear corners and park lights, HIDs, paint bmpers body color, crank the keys up front for a little (2" max), 285 tires that are a little more agressive looking that your current ones, and mabye a 1" block in the rear.

Then down the road I'd do lift, wheels, exhaust, and so on

I would remove the plastic side moulding and add some fender flares. That would be a good start for not too much money. The new style emblems look nice and aren't too expensive. Just my opinion...what do I know?? =)

I would love for my truck to look like this, but in my color green. And thanks for all the suggestions guys. Thanks alot. I got some stuff to go by now. And im really sketchy about taking off all my molding...and under that chrome trim is a good amount of rust around the wheel wells..

Well, none now. I was driving home from work and my brakes went to the floor. I put a pinhole in my front brake line going from the master cylinder to the front right tire. SHop said it will cost $350 to do the whole front brake lines from the master cyl down

**** that! Do it yourself! You can do stainless steel brake lines for the front and rear and it still would not be near that much.

or you can lift it like this...either way, put the roof rack on, put your spare up there, get a hi-lift jack, and some spot lights

+1. It is a hose with 2 ends. You need the replacement pipe (pliable, braided stainless ftmfw) and a crescent wrench. I'd encourage you to just try it yourself. Even if you blow it, and have to completely do it over, it will still be less than that.

If $350 is enough to choke your wallet out, you especially need to be doing this yourself.
