I use Castrol 10W-30 in everything I own and have ever owned. I have never had any oil/engine related problems in my almost 17 year driving career. It's good stuff. Keeping it changed is the key.

conventional 10-40. i run 10-40 cause my motor makes some unwanted noises and oil pressure gets below the comfort level... in my SS i run M1 5-30
