What should I do?

Hi fellas, got a question. I have 244k on my truck, when I bought her she had 175k. My check engine light has been on since I bought her and with the exception of a couple of sub-zero days she has always started. What should I get done to the engine, gaskets, coils etc? What have you all done to yours if you bought it used.

Any advice would be helpful.

I'd do a regular tune and complete oil change's on everything. See what the CEL is about and keep on driving.
