What subs for underseat enclosure?

Looks like those have a depth of 4.75, but I only have space for 4.5. I found a place that sells the JLs with free shipping to Canada though. Which is rare lol.

Maybe I'm missing something, but the link you provided says "Mounting depth = 5.5 inches"

Post #7, I couldn't find anywhere to ship that particular box to Canada, so I had to settle for a different box that only allows 4.5.

How would that Sundown SD-2 compare to a shallow mount 10 such as either of these?

With that depth you're kind of stuck with bad or worse.

I wouldn't compare the SD2 to either of them, but between those two the JL is the next best thing (for double the money), the Pioneer I'd stay far far away from.
