Should be a sticker inside the door jam on the driver's side with pressures for tires that were stock sizes for the truck. 32 would be correct for the stock size of 265/70 R17 LT tires. You can go a little softer in winter or trail riding, but somewhere close to the 32 (+/- a pound or two) would be the best overall pressure to run under normal driving conditions.
Too much pressure would make the footprint of rubber contacting the ground smaller, which would make things more slippery in wet conditions. Not to mention higher pressure makes for a hard ride and uneven wear (wears the center of the tread faster than the outside edges).
Changes in outside ambient air temperature will raise and lower pressure of the tires as you drive. In hot weather, PSI will increase some with heat. Cold weather will make you lose a little and you might have to add some air.
