What to do with the y pipe

I noticed that my drive shaft isn't going to clear my exhaust when I lift it. has anyone had this problem?

Custom. Go with long tube headers, dual cats, and dual pipes all the way back. Don't screw with an X-pipe, or any of that garbage. Just let your Hoe breathe.

I have dual high flow cats, and the exhaust is fairly new. (from manifold back). I don't know what to do, I hate to throw out a new exhaust. I'm going to bring it to my dad's friends shop, the guy is a genius when it comes to these kinds of things. The exhaust was put on just before I bought it, thats why its not true duals.
