What were they thinking??

I've had my rig for a month now and I'm quite happy with it overall. However, I have uncovered a few fairly significant gripes:

1. Why the hell would they have moved away from the adjustable crossbar positioning? Makes no sense to me.

2. I regularly trailer a ski boat and the visuals when backing the trailer into my garage are pretty bad. I had so much more visibility in my 2001. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but we're talking about some really bad blind spots from the C and D pillars. Not to mention the shorter rear window...

didnt know that about the roof bars, do they make tow mirror option for the 2015's?

Learn to use your mirrors. From my experiences driving semi in my 20's, never turn your head while backing up a trailer, the mirrors are all you need to make the best sight lines.
