Enough of the courtship. Make it happen. In the south we call it an arranged marriage. One person has a dowry (wheels, tires, lift) the other travels into the unknown! Ha! Good fun fellas and thanks to Scott for even offering. I think D is as serious as can be, as would I. Long trip but meeting a fellow brother and learning how to install the lift would be well worth it. Good luck on your adventure D. The short answer of what to do with your rig is "anything you want that doesn't break the bank". Start with lesser expensive things that make a difference you notice daily. Exhaust is fairly cheap and you'll hear it daily. Tint is cheap and you'll see it daily. Do the lift and when you can afford wheels do that. The only new item I ended up buying was the lowering springs and spindles. The rest came from CL and other local classifieds to avoid shipping.
