Ok, I am so cought up in what I should do. I have 125k on the truck. But I was tinking this summer on getting a CTS-V or a M5 and keep the Tahoe. But with the mileage pilling up on the truck and having new born twins I am thinking about trading it in on a used Esky so I can get something a little different and switch everything over from the Tahoe to the Esky. Either it will be white or black. What are your thoughts keep the Tahoe and get one of those cars or Trade in and get the Esky?

I don't think you should trade it in for anything. You should try and private party sell it instead. An 07 with that many miles, you will not get more $18k on a trade in even with the mods. I would switch it out for a CTS-V though.

I agree I would try and sale it private party. Dealer wanted to only give me $8500 on a 04 GMC Sierra Z71. It was fully loaded with less than 75k on it. It blue booked for over $14k! I like the CTS-V idea too.

Sorry I also ment by selling it myself. But I just cant sell the Tahoe and then get just the CTS-V. With the Kids and we travel a lot up to the Poconos in PA at our lake house so we need the room of the Tahoe/Esky for the long trips.

It might bring $15k on a trade, not $18k.

IMO....I say keep the Hoe and get a CTS-V. Assuming you've maintained the Hoe well (I believe you most likely have) 125k isn't high at all and should last for at least twice that amount.

^^ Agreed. I dont know your financial situation but we just had our son last year and our Tahoe has been paid for for a while. Kids cost $$. My advice is keep the Tahoe as long as you can before you start dumping $1600 / month for twins at day care! Just my $.02.

Easy decision if I was in your shoes - keep the Tahoe and buy a V. My twins will turn 3 in June and they are starting to wreak havoc on the inside of my once brand new 2011 Tahoe. You'll be more pissed when there's food stuck in the nice seats of your Esky. Won't feel as bad when it happens in your older Tahoe. Plus, you're going to need the V to blow off some steam when the kids drive you crazy. That's what I use my Camaro for...
