I'm very leery of buying someone else's ride that is modified to that extent. I'd pay very close attention to the quality of work done on that rig. I'm one that normally goes for the original, untouched rides that way I know from the jump what I'm getting into rather than taking over someone else's basket case.

im with 07 burb... im in the same predicament of buying a ws6 trans am. ALot of them have modified engine work, so i just skip those over. Its basically telling you that, "Hi, im mr. trans am and ive been balls out everywhere i go." so i just look for a untouched one. I know its not exactly the same as what your looking at, but i would look at it very closely before buying! Good luck
