That's normally what I have to do , bring them back from the dead lol. Over all great job so far. For a few small mods for appearances I would do Escalade roof rack, the corners next to the rear glass, third brake light and running boards. Great job so far. I have a taho z-71 and have done some of these mods and the caddy 6.0 swap.

I have the escalade roof racks in the one picture with my hood open if you can see it I have the 6.0 looking to get the 6.0 tranny from a escalade and my next move is the escalade running boards I love the chrome that's run across it was thinking of drilling a whole in the running board to add leds so when the doors open it'll shine the way

Your on the right track. If I remember correctly you should have the 4L65 tranny. It's the same as the caddy

IMG_5298.JPG This is my old winter beater I sold it to a buddy. We just did the caddy corners and back glass. Roof rack is next.

These guys have nailed the next steps for you pretty darn well coupled with what you have done. You have one of the best looking GM SUVs ever already and the 6.0. Just keep detailing and picking away at the little things. You will not run out of stuff to do.....even a blower like @Red Rocket ...I know he will find something else to do. lol Cannot wait to see that beast ROAR!!

LEDs on the interior are a win. There are some really nice Denali builds on this forum. Wasn't feeling the painted deflectors but as always it is your truck.

Check wth @05Single in his build thread for some cool LED upgrades all around the truck.

Red Rocket, OHSIXX (sold) Slow D (up for sale) come to mind and there are others that will come to mind. The Corsa Sport seems to get great reviews for the system. Bit pricey but haven't heard a complaint about the rumble.

For sure do some color matching. The rear bumper, maybe grille like someone mentioned. LED tails... the list goes on.

View attachment 74698 Truck does have it flaws but compared to when I first bought it its a big difference
From this angle looks like you already have the Denali rear bumper not the z71. Looks to be painted black or primer. I know that upper step pad is a Denali piece. Maybe better pic of dat ass.

Next I say a small drop and let those 22s fill they wheel well gap. Paint to match the grille and leave the center chrome so it matches the wheels and will also match the future caddy roof rack.

Not sure if the claddy steps match up to the Denali cladding, got me wondering about that one now...hmmm

Yea the truck came with a z71 bumper painted white looked weird I sold the bumper and went to my buddy's yard who had a Denali bumper laying around which is the black one on my truck now haven't got time to paint it yet and how should I paint the grill don't know if I should paint the entire thing or just the insert and which is the best inch to lower it

Oops sorry that's my bad , I misread. Nvm what i said about the bumper lol.
Paint the entire grille white, leave the middle part (insert) chrome.
A 2/4 would be perfect , of course we always wanna see lower ... lay frame if you want:headbang:
