What's the lower part of the bumper called? the plastic part

i have a 2000 and i bought it used, the people before me used a tow bar on it and had to cut that piece, now it's sagging and just plain ugly... what's it called? i have been looking on ebay but cant find one.

Most people around here call it an "air dam", I have also heard it called a lower valance.

I've always known it as a lower valance...I'd imagine your parts guy does too.
