I've checked them out but this must be a very uncommon issue as I can't really find it/think may be it but not 100% sure from the (lack of) description and the photo. Oh wells, at least it's not on the driver's side...

It's a trim piece that covers a 10mm bolt. 25897906 for Driver's Side in Ebony

That should get your nose on the scent.

just go to the dealer parts department with the last 8 of your vin, they can order it or give you the part number. like Swathdiver said it's just a trim cover.
based on his part number above you could also try searching that part number with the last number changed 0-9 as that is usually how gm will label parts based on the color and left/right
