Wheel and Tire combo for '05 Yukon

What is the biggest set i can put on my 4WD Yukon ? Without lift kit...
wanting widest 20" with biggest tire..
I have heard 275-55-20 ..wanting street tread like "Roadian"
curious about 285 or 305 ..also wanting slightly taller than stock..not shorter.

305/50/20 will be good a 55 will probably rub just a bit on the plastic but its minimal
