They will physically fit, guaranteed. However, the tire manufacturer does recommend a minimum rim width of 8.5”…but i think factory rims are 9” wide, no?all the shops are saying this tire won't fit...

Agree with that. We drive too far to listen to tire droning.I read the forum and see that more aggressive tires are popular with most people. My Yukon is driven mostly in the city or on highways on paved roads. And for such conditions the most suitable IMHO are road tires. Therefore, to replace the standard tires, I bought a Michelin Primacy SUV. Very soft and quiet tires)))
