Yeah I noticed the cap difference between the Santorini and Santorini II, which I don't prefer. I think in most applications the lug cap looks cheap, I prefer clean lines all the way through the hub area and exposed tight lug holes. I figured maybe Blazed saw the Santorini's because his description fit those more and they seem to be more common. Went to a local big wheel dealer today to see if by some random miracle they had some Santos but of course no luck. I'm really liking that wheel, just want to see it in full 26" in person before I would pull the trigger. That's doubtful though. Here is how I think I would like the Santo's best, styled like the swirled Forgiato's I posted earlier (brushed face, white lip and white spoke windows)...or do the all brushed spokes no white window look better?

main reason I like the white window because from the side the white spoke window would roll cleanly into the white lip with a straight clean line whereas a brushed window creates a zig zag pattern on the lip where the spoke meets the face, if that makes sense

To bad you don't live in MD, my rim shop No Limit has them in the their showroom in 26's.

Take some pics!!! lol...what is your opinion of them having seen them in person?

---------- Post added at 11:50 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:31 AM ----------

so I confirmed with the seller that these are indeed 26s in 6x5.5 so this is probably the best I'll get at seeing them at full size, which from the pics I really like

option of the hour....the scumbag backed out on buying the Forgiatos (go figure) and I don't think I wanna go through that hassle again....figured I might just change up what I got, through this together.

Brushed lips and brushed spoke windows

Brushed faces, white windows and white lip (more work, basically complete flip flop)

I honestly would just keep it as is. The difference is too subtle to make worth it.
You should have expected the guy to back out of the deal. Craigslist people are fond of that selling cheaper wheels, talkless of those Forgiatos.
Also the STZ04's are not a very good tire. They are expensive for the sole reason of the size you bought them in. They are known to wear unevenly, have cracked sidewalls, and not balance very well. I have a family friend that had them in 24s and he said they were a joke. The only renounced company, that also makes the best tires for 26s is Pirelli. Companies like Kumho and Falken fall in the same category as the cheap tires when it comes to 26s.

Because I get bored easy lol.....and I wouldn't be going all out refinish, I'm going to get with my vehicle wrap guy and see what we can make happen. Yeah that's probably frowned upon too but as good as wrap is these days you'd never even know unless I said something, plus it would be reversible

I think the wrap would be cool if it can hold up. The issue is the moments it starts to come up all of it has to come off.
It is also only possible on the lip because doing complete face with windows and all would be almost impossible.

Not completely true man, this new wrap technology can go just about anywhere. The plan would be geared more towards the second set (white lip brushed face). Wrapping the lips pearl white would be easy the way the wheel is designed (lip tucks neatly under face/flange with). For the face we would just take a pic from the dead side angle, create the spoke design in photoshop and use the plotter to cut a perfect pattern that would lay on the face as brushed aluminum and the windows are already white so it wouldn't require wrap. Here is my wrap from WAY back, the whole interior of the integra was louis vuitton (hints my sig name on all forums) so we cut a pearl white vinyl pattern all over the car up against my diamond white paint job (loved the color even then that I had the car painted that color) turned out to be a cool contrast effect. Ridiculous I know lol

the whole lip of my BMW was wrapped onto the bumper to look molded

also I've been contemplating going to 295/30 to maybe get rid of some of the rubbing so now that you mention that I may lookin into some Pirelli's

If it is possible I say go for it. It should look good. I bet people use to stare at you old Integra to make sure their vision was not just trippy when they saw the Louis sign in the paint lol.
Maybe you should scoop the 295/25 Pirelli like a guy had in another thread. Then you can slam it and may not mind keeping the wheels as is.
