i have found 36-40 psi when tires are hot to be too high & a great way to wear out center of tread.

I have a callaway Tahoe, it will smoke the tires for 30 feet anytime you floor it, there is no wheel hop, truck is lowered, of course these trucks are not made to do that, but you know how that goes
