Got a 25 denali ordered with the standard 20 inch wheels. I plan to get some black 20s to complement the black out package and keep the stock tires for now. Can anyone tell me what offset would get the tire to the edge of the fender but still inside.

I would just physically measure the distance from the edge of the current tire size to the outside edge of the fender and go from there. You will need to know the exact current rim width and offset to use as a "base measurement" to determine the change in offset that you'll need in order to have your tire site more flush to the fender edge.
