I think you underestimate GM made OEM part's. A lot of after market 22's are cheaper and not as well made as the GM accessories that were built for these vehicles and can STILL be unique. And btw I tried the after market route and switched back to oem.

Im still riding on my stock hybrid rims.. I have a set of 24" 3 piece &Swiss wheels in my garage. I need to get some rubber, but I want to lower my truck first. Looking to do so within the next month for sure.... Im not gonna lie, there are a few 22" stock wheels that I would rock!

They could sand blast the finish and pc without worry. The thing with fixing chrome is that to do it right the damaged areas should be redipped and chrome plated anew.

Not sure what you have out in DC, but we have a company here that refinishes and repairs ANY type of wheel for $125 per. Guarantees for a lifetime against paint chipping and will even fix bends within the barrels of any wheel.

There should be someone in your area offering the same service, I'm sure.

Thanks btw for the PM ........ looking forward to the delivery. :)

Thanks for the help D, I will try to find a shop locally that does this.

Unless of course you're in the market for a sweet rim/tire package deal. :D
