2003 Tahoe.
So here's my situation. Just had a major tune-up everything is good, just a few minor things to follow upon.
Cluster has been rebuilt about 2 years ago.
The problem: Drives great, but when it's stopped for a little while, it won't turn over. I have to wait 15 minutes and then sometimes it will restart. We do hear a clicking noise coming from around the steering column, so I figure the ignition switch is on its way out. But we are also noticing the gauges go kinda crazy then everything powers down. Gauges are stuck at their current position, it won't turn over. No power at all to the vehicle.
Any ideas where I should start looking. I'm trying to reproduce the error on a video to share, but it's not cooperating.
