When will 2022 orders turn into 2023 orders

I've heard from two dealers now that the 2023 orders open May 5th so that seems to be very possible. They said pricing won't be available then but they can place orders. I have also talked to several other dealers and they have no idea when 2023 orders open. I honestly don't know why some dealers have this info and others have no idea, but I will say that the two that gave me that date are actually responsible for entering the orders into the system so that seems to give them some credibility.......

I talked to my dealer last week. I ordered a Yukon Denali in November. He’s telling me mine will have to roll to a ‘23 because he can’t get it now with adaptive cruise. He seemed to think maybe July, but that doesn’t seem to jive with what people on here are saying. He also said he hoped to know more after dealer meetings in May

Hmmmm. My dealer doesn’t know either. They just got an allocation for a Tahoe and have submitted mine to GM. Now just waiting to see if/how long it takes for GM to accept the order.

Just confirmed with Chevy chat that they will stop taking orders for the 2022 the end of this week and start taking 2023 orders in May

Funny... Placed an order in early January. Figured that's when they stopped taking orders.

Still haven't been accepted by GMC despite changing options to get accepted. Oh well... on to the 2023s

Is donlens schedule holds true, that would be about accurate for aug/Sept. 2022s were Oct 4th (somewhere around there) production date and started arriving nov/Dec to dealers

Donlen and the other places publishing these dates are FLEET companies, not sure they have RETAIL dates...
