I have their servo with longer pin and the overdrive servo probably sitting at home.
I was going by Oregon's site where they say "If you push in on your servo cover, you'll notice that it moves in around 1/8"-1/4". This is way too much travel, it should be closer to 1/16"." This sounds like they're sayng they have "too much" travel from the factory.
My odometer reads 195,5xx. I've had it since 146,000 so I don't know if the trans is all original. I plan to have my lift operating this weekend. If I can remember, I'll test the cover travel once I can get under it.
I'm curious what you'll find. That travel is what you will need to get the snap ring back in. I don't see how you'd do it if it moved less than 1/8th.

I'd go out there and play with it now if I had the space. Since I un-lifted it, that 2" I lost makes it so much tighter under there.
