Where should my fuel pressures be?

Got a gauge here, want to hook it up to the fuel injector rail.

What kind of pressure should I be seeing on ignition on, (3 second prime) and what should I be seeing at idle?

Ign on with the engine off, should be around 55-62 psi.
I believe at idle, it should be about 3-10 psi below the above values if I'm not mistaken.
